It was a night of Fashionista heaven as Park Vision joined forces with Under Wraps for a fabulous fun fashion show and charity evening held at Key VI Fitness in Keyworth. Raising a generous £1530 divided between Breast and Testicular Cancer, we can safely say the evening was every inch a success!

An exciting and on trend array of swimwear and beach accessories by Under Wraps were showcased to a captivated audience. The latest looks from leading brands Lepel, Moontide, Bondeye, Agua Clara, Fantasie, Freya and Panache, along with a display of boxer shorts by Waxx and swimshorts by Zonkepai were a huge hit on the runway.

Models decorated with the latest shades and “must have” sunglasses for 2010, from Park Vision, lit the catwalk like true professionals. The event highlighted this summers big trend towards aviators, candy coloured Rayban Wayfarers and ultra glamorous shields. Representatives were also present from Tom Ford, Prada, Prada Lines Rosso, Bvlgari, D&G and RayBan.

All the Summer Collections were available to view and advice was on hand for those unsure as to what style suited them or for those needing particular prescription lenses.Guests were treated to delicious canapés by Indian Nights in Keyworth, everyone commented how excellent the food was. Naseem was extremely helpful and ensured customers were treated to some of his Indian delicacies that he kindly offered complimentary for the charity evening.

Pearl Edge, Landlady from The Plough in Wysall also kindly donated the flowing wine and complimentary drinks for the evening (as well as sourcing the all important DJ equipment!). A big thank you must be offered to Rachel France the choreographer and to all the girls who gave up their free time to practice in the evenings. All of the models are customers of the stores, most of which have never walked the catwalk before.

Male models were Nottingham Rugby clubs First Team Players Dave Jackson and Rohaan Nirmalendran and Steve Haw (Response physio). Jodi Haines opened the show, followed by Mica Williams-Green, Rachel France, Kate Clarke, Julie Carrier, Tracey Walker, Debbie Fisk, Louise Haines, Jo and Pearl Edge. They all overcame their nerves to perform excellently to rapturous applause on the evening. Their performance was certainly commendable and all their hard work and efforts shone through.

The fabulous hair styling on all the models was by Rachael Best, Suzanne Storr and Natasha Androitis from The Loft Hair & Beauty at Upper Saxondale. They completed different looks for each costume change and worked behind the scenes all evening to give the models their polished finish. Key VI Fitness run by Vicky Bines provides exercise classes, gym facilities, swimming pool, sauna, beauty, bar and children’s crèche facilities, creating the perfect fun friendly environment for the event.

Michelle at Park Vision and Stacey from Under Wraps would particularly like to thank all those who freely gave their time making the evening such an enjoyable and successful night - the atmosphere was terrific and the money raised going to two worthy causes. Their were some fantastic raffle prizes donated so a big thank you to everyone who donated and Under Wraps and Park Vision want to thank both family and friends who came along on the evening and helped in many ways to make the night a great success.
